The big day is here…Pressing Day!!!

The sake smells fantastic. Very ricy and very sweet. I’m looking forward to seeing how it tastes after a few days rest.

I opened Colorado’s first craft sake brewery, Gaijin 24886, in 2014. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to shut down in 2019, but I still have a love of sake and and sake brewing. I’ve still got some recipes that I never got to make so I’m working on them here. I’ll be posting info along the way about the new things I’m trying.
